KEEP AN EYE ON THE MEDIA TAB

We have for some time had the capability for you to receive MP3 podcasts of our sermons through platforms such as iTunes. We will shortly have the opportunity for you to also view our sunday services sermons at your leisure, so if you’re maybe away studying, on holiday or unwell and unable to join us in person you can still enjoy the sermon.

From December 2011 Sunday video sermons will be available for viewing, weekend sermons will be posted by the following Monday.

You will first need to have registered on the church website to access this facility – so don’t delay – join now! Once your website account has been verified you can access these resources straight away.

If you encounter any problems whatsoever with the web site registration process please email the Church Technology Team and we shall seek to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

In the run up to Christmas we shall be looking to install new camera equipment that will greatly improve the quality of your ‘online’ experience.

Once you are registered on the site the online video library of our sermons can be accessed either via the MEDIA tab or by way of the below icon.

At all times of the year, but especially in this year’s run up to Christmas, people of all ages are needed to love God by serving others. Below is a list of JBC teams that currently seek to support the congregation at JBC and the wider community.

  • The prayer team
  • The hospitality team
  • The maintenance team
  • The technology team
  • The welcome team
  • The youth ministry team
  • The flower team
  • The communion team
  • The finance team
  • The mission team
  • The evangelism team
  • The administration team

If you think that you could devote time in one of these important areas of ministry or you would like to learn more about them, we’d love to hear from you. You don’t necessarily need to be a ‘long standing’ christian, nor a ‘member’ of Jersey Baptist Church to help in these ways – just have a Christ centred heart and a person who wants to serve others….

JBC Office opens 6th Dec
